Studio Twelve Coffee
Coffee. Design. Community.
An urban bolthole for speciality coffee, time to think, reflect, and create. Tucked inside atelier merlo. on Crown Lane.
Studio Twelve belongs to the room it sits in. A counter, a small run of cups, contemporary homewares nearby, and the steady work of coffee prepared without theatre.
The pace is deliberate. Espresso is pulled cleanly. Filter is given space. Cakes and pastries change by the day. Toasted sandwiches arrive on focaccia and ciabatta, practical and warm.
An Urban Bolthole.
In Cresswell's design quarter, the store and the coffee hold the same posture. Useful objects. Good materials. A little quiet. The invitation is to stay long enough to notice.

In Conversation With
A Place to Reflect.
“What should a coffee room inside a design store feel like?”
Quiet enough for the objects to breathe. Warm enough for conversation. Close enough to the counter that the making stays visible.
